    Question [ @ Garena staff ] Does SEA server get Victorious Jarvan skin as an elo reward

    The victorious jarvan skin was announced for all players over ~1520 elo as a reward at the end of season 1. will people above this elo receive this skin on the SEA server? Or is this exclusively for NA and EU players?

    I don't think we have as many players in the 1520 elo range as NA/EU so maybe it will be given for something else

    lol seriously? More people should start playing ranked games... RANKED SOLO QUEUE takes about 10 - 15 mins for matchmaking, that totally turns people off.
