How to find out your Riot account information
As we've been receiving erroneous applications for account transfers, kindly follow the steps in this thread to check/update the information you'll need BEFORE submitting your application!
Step 1 - Recovering Account name
Go to http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...g-your-account and follow the instructions there. This is for users who forgot their account name/password.
Step 2 - Check your NA/EU summoner name
1) Go to http://www.leagueoflegends.com/ and log in with your NA/EU account name and password near the top right.
2) After you've logged in, check your NA/EU summoner name for your account at the top(underlined in orange in the screenshot). Take note of your Summoner Name!
Step 3 - Checking/Changing the email you used for your NA/EU LoL account
1) While you are logged in at the site, click "My account" all the way at the top right to proceed to Account Management.
2) Click on "Change Email Address" and enter the email address that you want for your account,followed by your League of Legends account password as verification.
After you have obtained the necessary information for account transfer,
1.NA/EU Account name
2.NA/EU Summoner name
3.NA/EU email address
proceed to http://apps.lol.garena.com/transfer/ and login with your Garena credentials. Select the corresponding region and key in the information after you've logged in.
The processing period takes around 4 days,so we appreciate your patience. Transfers are only valid for US/EU accounts created before 6 Jan 2011, and the US/EU account must be at least Summoner Level 10.
