Did not receive my shells

Hi I've used boku.com which is paymobile to top up 500 garena shells which cost SGD20.00. I did not receive any shells upon payment after a day and I don't know where to find help regarding this. Please do review , my garena id is jusSaymyname. It doesnt shows up in my past transactions too. Please do review and get back to me , thank you.
