Is there a problem with the RP conversion??

I topped up 320 gs and converted it but my LoL does not have the amount. It's still the same before the convertion. Please help GM.

Tell us ur Garena ID & Summoner Name and more details about how you top it up.

1) Does your Garena Account still contains the 320GS? (Garena.sg - Check your Past Transactions)
2) Have you try it again? (Buy RP)

My garena account doesn't have 320 shells. I am very sure I converted the 320 shells into RP.

same here i just top up and credited into my lol acc . but it didnt show up and it says my rp had been converted
