The following are some frequently asked questions. Please refer to them before posting a thread in the Help Centre!
Q1. Why didn’t I receive my IP/EXP after playing a game?
Ans: There is a limit on how much IP you can earn per day. Full details can be found at this link.
Q2. How do I report a case of a player breaking the Summoner’s Code in game?
Ans: Please use the in-game report function, and kindly provide us with valid evidence to support your claim via a PM to the GMs, such as screenshots for us to pursue the case against the player(s). Unless we have sufficient evidence to back up your report, it will simply be one player’s word against another and we will not be able to carry out a ban.
Calling out on the forums is not allowed. Threads calling out players on the forum for bad behaviour will be closed.
Q3. I’ve been banned! Why? What do I do?
Ans: You may have been reported by multiple players or caught by the Ban Patrol. During this period away from LoL, you may read the Summoner’s Code again if you have forgotten about it. We hope that you can adhere to the code in future and make this gaming community a better place.
Q4. I’ve bought the wrong item. Can I get a refund?
Ans: Purchases in League of Legends are not refundable. Please make sure that the item you are buying is correct before proceeding with your purchase.
Q5. Someone else logged into my account and spent my RP. Can I get it back?
Ans: We cannot refund RP that was lost due to account hacking, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Below is an excerpt of the said clause:
You agree to
(a) keep your password confidential and use only your User ID and password when logging in
(b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session on the Site
(c) immediately notify Garena of any unauthorised use of your User ID and/or password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and account even if such activities or uses were not committed by you. Garena will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your password or your failure to comply with this Section.

Q7. I’ve been having some technical issues with LoL. Whom can I contact for help?
- Once in-game, click on the Orange box "Click here to browse store" at the upper right corner of your screen, under your Summoner name.
- Click on the first tab that says "Purchase RP"
- It will open another window. Log in with your username and password (note: do not press enter) and click "Login".
- It will open a new window for you to desired number of Garena Shells you wish to Purchase the RP with.
