I've been playing LoL for a while, and I realised that the LoL client does not allow us to use a proxy server, even if a proxy server is stated in the windows Internet Options. Perhaps the option to use a proxy server could be implemented, so as to facilitate people who need to use a proxy server.
There is no legitimate reason for why you would need one. A proxy isn't catered for because of the region block.
